Tiiiiiireeeeeeeeed.

Unless I force myself out of my loving bed early tomorrow morning, before spending my nights on a mattress that feels like a ballooned-up rubber glove, this is the last blog post from me you'll be reading until at least Friday. Although I have a special guest or two lined up to make celebrity appearances on The Hayleylujah Chorus while I'm afk for the week, I wanted to write one more good entry beforehand. I was going to save it up until I had something of worth to say, but my eyelids are already drooping at eight PM, and I'm not getting any less tired. In fact, I just pried myself from the couch to come type this. You, reader, are keeping me from some documentary about Michael Jackson. (Speaking of, whatever happened to Macaulay Culkin? I mean, besides the aftershave, molestation, and Saved, what's he been up to?) You, reader, are keeping me from my rest. And, reader, mmmm, sleepy is not the proper way to begin camp.

I spent most of the day with my family, loading and unloading a U-Haul with camp supplies. Sliding heavy cardboard boxes out the back of a truck, adjusting them in my shaking arms, carrying them down jagged steps, releasing, repeating. I didn't pause long enough in the process to realize how much I was exhausting myself, but goodness, is it apparent now. To punctuate that statement, I just yawned. Bring on the screaming children!

Ummm. I'm not sure what else there is to say. It's pathetic, but I think I'm going to legitimately miss blogging this week. It's part of my natural routine now. I go through a day, I notice something or think something or feel something, and a little sound effect goes off in my head, telling me to write about it later. Then comes this part. I feel totally relaxed, totally comfortable. It's just my jittering brain, my typing fingers, and a few hundred strangers.

I certainly am a weird person.

Anyway, it'll be crazystrange without you guys. If you follow me on twitter, I'll be able to use my phone for a little while every night, so I can give quick updates. Until Friday, then, I hope you all are doing well. Think of me-- I'll be thinking of you!

This is odd, seeing as our relationship is the spawn of your knack for making videos/vlogs/blogs that I love, and my knack for watching them and being obsessive... But I'm really going to miss you this week. A lot.

I hope camp is great- you're doing a fantastic thing by being there. If (when) you get frustrated, just think of the starfish.

You know, summer college is no fun without Hayley-blogs. Now I'm upset. =[

But if it's for the good of smore eating, then I guess I can be patient. Till then, lovely.

I loved saved!, one of my favourite movies ever. Macauly culkin was in an ad for aviva life insurance here in Ireland I'm pretty sure it was a European only ad, that's guessing though.
Hope you have a great time at camp, and hopefully you won't be too exhausted :) Bon voyage!

You're going to go crazy without your blog... for about five minutes, then you'll be happily involved in camp. It's good to break up your routine every once in a while. Enjoy. :)

go get some sleep! (well, you probably are... now.) Last week I was a camp counselor and got about a total of twenty or so hours of sleep for five days. I know what you are about to go through.

It won't just be weird for you not to blog, but it'll be weird for me not to read them. I check for new posts far too often haha. I'm sure you'll have an absolutely fantastic time at camp :)

Macaulay Culkin is currently a recurring character on NBC's Kings. but It got canceled and will be done after the remaining eps are shown this summer.

I know this because I watch the show.

In newspaper one day, some girl was reading a book that was by Macaulay Culkin. I asked her and she said it was good and it just has like a lot of typos in it, like, it just wasn't edited, for charm or something or out of laziness. I think it was a novel. The more and more I think about this the fuzzier this memory gets haha. So I could be totally wrong.

I know Macaulay Culkin did that one weird movie that I only saw parts of but will probably actually watch...Like, Party Monster, or something. I don't know exactly.
Have fun with camp! 8]
I'll continue checking your blog during the week, just incase any of those celebrity guests show up to write. :)

Don't get too used to this whole non-blogging thing, that's all I can say. Oh, and Saved was a fun movie, and again, I hope your camp experience this summer is the best ever.

I'll be missing you and of course your blogs. Which is a weird thing to say to someone I don't even know.

I am half packed for camp as we speak. I have a secret stash of lollies, and luxuries, hand sanitizer, small tube of vaseline and a soap container, I'm one lucky girl. Going to pack the trailer tomorrow. I hope you have a fantastic time.

I also want to share a story. In April we had an easter activity day, to show kids who are hesitant what it was like to come on camp and to just make easter special. My buddy didn't show up so we had to do a last second swap. I ended up with a little boy. He was initial paired up with a guy (who was also running a team, so i didn't just steal someones buddy). But I don't think he was too thrilled to have a girl buddy. He didn't talk to me much so our conversations were a bit one sided, but through the day he slowly opened up to me. As we said out goodbyes, the little boy looked at me and said, will you be here next time.

I know by the end of next week you will have a million little stories that you can look back on and smile.

Your presence makes all the difference.

Macaulay Culkin iiis dating Mila Kunis and apparently has been for like six or seven years. I just found that out tonight. Confused? Me too.

Have fun at camp, beasting through the wilderness and Bear Grylls-ing it up and such. Or whatever you guys do at the Royal Family Kids Camp :]

Can someone PLEASE explain what the heck a s'more is? I've been wondering since Toy Story and have never bothered/been told what the hell they are but apparently they are popular in the US?

Looking forward to stories from camp, until then, have fun at camp!

I normally like reading your blog but something really bothered me today:

How can you just assume that Macaulay Culkin was molested? He even took a stand to defend Michael Jackson (Which is why, I assume, you're saying that Macaulay Culkin was molested). But forget about Michael Jackson, Im talking about Macaulay Culkin. How can you just blatantly say that someone was molested when you have no idea? Molestation is a serious issue. It's not something that should be taken lightly and it certainly isn't something you should be claiming others have experienced, especially when there are so many other people that really have been molested.

Culkin is on Kings on NBC. He plays a weirdo. Big surprise :]
